EU poultry data call for purchasing decisions by cut and origin, not by average price

The EU weekly average broiler price stands at EUR 289.49 per 100 kg carcass weight. In the Commission’s summary, the price is 5.7% above the previous week, while cumulative 2026 production versus the prior year, through May, is down 0.3% and EU trade is down 4.4%.
