Australian export data reveal why market totals are not enough

Australian export figures updated on 3 September illustrate the scale of a highly diversified international sales portfolio. For September, the authority records more than 19.34 million kilograms of beef and veal exports, including just over 5.02 million kilograms of chilled product. It also reports volumes of sheepmeat, goatmeat, pork and “fancy meats” across numerous destinations.
