Rabbit meat gains a shared sector budget—but not an automatic consumer market

Spain has extended the agreement of rabbit-meat interprofessional body Intercun to the entire sector and established a compulsory financial contribution for three years. The order was published on 29 October; collection will run from 2 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. The case matters because it combines sector funding, consumer communication, innovation and process improvement in one framework.
